Malla Hovi
Veterinary Surgeon KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Ms Hovi is a veterinarian specialised in veterinary preventative medicine, public health and dairy cattle health and production. Ms Hovi also holds an official Veterinary Surgeon Certificate (MAFF), UK for Red Meat Hygiene. She has worked on long term livestock projects in Botswana and Nicaragua. In the former she worked as a Veterinary Officer in the meat hygiene section investigating the epidemiology of Cysticercus bovis. In Nicaragua, she worked as a dairy cattle health advisor and established brucellosis and mastitis control schemes among the milk producers. She is currently working as a Research Fellow at VEERU funded by MAFF to investigate on mastitis in organic and conventionally managed dairy herds. Webmaster can be
